XSIGHTS designed research for an airline company to determine effective ways of establishing strong ties with Turkish migrants «Gurbetçiler» in Germany. In this context, «Life Styles», «Air Travel Preferences», and «Behavior of Turkish Population Traveling to Turkey» were examined.

A LIFE TORN BETWEEN HEART AND MIND

Four generations of migrants from three regions with the largest concentration of Turks in Germany were included. The results were successfully used to determine new routes, establish a new working strategy, and increase market share.
