For our Japanese client, a copier and printer brand, a Brand Perception and Positioning study for the Turkish market has been performed, and interviews have been conducted with primary decision-makers who are responsible for purchasing IT equipment.

BRAND PERCEPTION

An in-depth market analysis has been performed identifying; the diversity of products of the companies, product brand preferences, brand awareness, effectiveness of marketing activities, and the products’ performance. Additionally, the performance of the sales team has been examined in order to feed into local Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
