As a graduate of Robert college, she continued her education at Istanbul University International Relations. She has two MA degrees, first one at University of Essex, the United Kingdom on European Integration and the second one at Marmara University on Production Management and Marketing. She has published articles on brand loyalty and brand personality in international academic journals.
She has been working in market research sector for 12 years, and is experienced on both consumer research and outlet audit & in-store excellence research. She has leaded many projects on FMCG sectors as well as telecoms, white goods, automotive, logistics, banking, construction and tourism sectors. She is experienced on outlet audit research, usage & attitude studies, brand and advertising research, product tests (concept, taste, label, packaging), corporate reputation, market simulation, exit surveys, employee and customer experience studies.
