For one of the leading institutions in the financial sector, «Process Assessment Content Analysis» has been performed with the branch managers. Suggestions have been collected in order to help achieve the organisation's strategic goals. Detailed evaluations have been covered in four separate dimensions, and content analysis has been conducted to determine the areas that need improvement.
