Our client, a telecom leader, had bought the first and only private GSM operator in Nepal, and thus was in need of research to aid the transfer of its corporate vision and values to the newly-acquired company, and to understand the new colleagues coming from a quite different culture.

In the scope of the research, XSIGHTS organized «Corporate Value Workshops» with a large and representative sample selected from the newly-acquired company, in order to strengthen relations between local and global companies, to enhance communication, to eliminate cultural differences, to provide an agreeable working environment and to find common ground for staff and cultural change. The meaning of corporate values in terms of local culture and behavioral patterns defined by these values were discussed during these workshops and reported as a short video clip. In this way, our client has increased both staff motivation and commercial performance.
