Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istihdama kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve bu konudaki kad\u0131n-erkek bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 analiz etme hedefiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ara\u015ft\u0131rma, kad\u0131nlarla erkekler aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131 da ortaya koydu. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interview) y\u00f6ntemi ile 18 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri, T\u00fcrkiye genelini temsilen 750\u2019si kad\u0131n, 750\u2019si erkek olmak \u00fczere toplam 1500 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131 ile telefon anketi yap\u0131ld\u0131. 6-28 Ekim tarihleri aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, \u00f6rneklemde temsiliyeti yakalamak i\u00e7in cinsiyet, ya\u015f, b\u00f6lge, e\u011fitim ve sosyo-ekonomik stat\u00fc kotas\u0131 takip edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BinYaprak Kurucusu Melek Pulatkonak ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011ferlendirirken \u201c\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcmlenmeyen herhangi bir konuyu iyile\u015ftirmek ve katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak cehenneme kar ya\u011fmas\u0131 kadar zordur. Kad\u0131n istihdam sorununa \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirirken ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yolu t\u00fcm payda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131zla payla\u015fmak i\u00e7in Xsights ile yola \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131k. Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sonu\u00e7lar bizim bundan sonraki yolumuza \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutacak\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Xsights Kurucusu \u00c7i\u011fdem Penn ise anketi haz\u0131rlarken ve uygulama s\u0131ras\u0131nda temsiliyeti yakalamak ad\u0131na cinsiyet, ya\u015f, b\u00f6lge (\u0130BBS2), e\u011fitim ve sosyo-ekonomik stat\u00fc kotas\u0131n\u0131n takip edildi\u011fini belirtirken, ara\u015ft\u0131rma sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131nlar\u0131n istihdam konusunda ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlar\u0131, isteklerini ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi\u011fini ifade etti.<br>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ANKETTEN \u00c7ARPICI SONU\u00c7LAR \u00c7IKTI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmal\u0131 m\u0131?<\/strong>&nbsp;Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n %71&#8217;i ekonomik olarak ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye erkeklerin sadece %56&#8217;s\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131yor, 16% kat\u0131lm\u0131yor ve 28% karars\u0131z.
