Malik Al-Abdeh

Mr. Al-Abdeh graduated from King’s College, University of London in 2003 with a BA (Honours) in History. He started his professional career as a journalist at the BBC. Since then, he has worked as a freelance reporter, TV producer, and opinion writer for several established media companies, as well as for smaller independent outlets. In 2014, he moved into political consulting and project management of large funds, working for the Humanitarian Dialogue Centre in Geneva and the European Institute of Peace in Brussels. He now specializes in advising INGOs and the private sector on operating in and developing programmes for conflict environments. XSIGHTS consulted with Mr. Al-Abdeh on implementing several successful public opinion polling projects in Turkey and Syria. Malik loves nature and spends his free time trekking in rural Britain.
