Defining Organizational Values

Our client, a telecom leader, bought the first and only private GSM operator in Nepal and was in need of research to aid the transfer of its corporate vision and values to the newly acquired company and to understand the new colleagues coming from a very different culture. For research purposes, XSIGHTS organized Corporate Value Workshops with large and representative samples of employees from the newly acquired company.  The workshops served to strengthen relations between local and global teams, enhance communication, eliminate cultural differences, provide an agreeable working environment and find common ground for staff and cultural change. During these workshops the meaning of corporate values in terms of local culture and behavioral patterns were discussed and reported in a short video clip.

Çoşkunöz Holding Values Workshop

XSIGHTS used the Appreciative Inquiry Method to formulate Çoşkunöz Holding’s values. The project included 15 workshops with employees from different departments, across all levels. The value formulation was finalized with a workshop with the Executive Committee and then communicated internally.
