This report presents the latest findings on how recent political changes in Syria are shaping the perceptions, attitudes, and future plans of Syrians living in Türkiye. Based on face-to-face surveys with 1,000 participants across key provinces, the study explores social cohesion, access to public services, language integration, trust, and return intentions.
The findings highlight both the challenges and opportunities of long-term integration: while many Syrians express a sense of safety and a sense of belonging in Türkiye, questions of citizenship, return to Syria, and migration to third countries remain central. By examining these dynamics, the report offers valuable insights for policymakers, academics, and practitioners engaged in migration and integration debates worldwide.
